Israel - the Holy Land

A trip to Israel for the Jerusalem Marathon showed us a land of contrasts and a people of great warmth. The history is staggering and the sites we visited so intriguing. As always in our travels, we just loved the people, food, culture, history, architecture and a life so different to ours in many ways and so similar in others.
